I always eat 4 times a day
though people tell me i should only eat 3 times
but i have to wake up 5.50 am in the morning to get ready to school, so i have to eat breakfast orelse i'll get too hungry
and during recess which is at 10, i always have to eat again,cause im hungry too, after that i eat lunch and dinner.Is it healthy? will i get too fat from this? during my first breakfast, i eat stuff like garlic bread or instant pizzas, sometimes just eggs or bread.At school i eat noodles or rice.
During lunch, i've stopped to eat fast food , instead i'll eat bread at home, will bread make me fat? and i often try to skip dinner, is it fine to do this ?
