I always eat 4 times a day
though people tell me i should only eat 3 times
but i have to wake up 5.50 am in the morning to get ready to school, so i have to eat breakfast orelse i'll get too hungry
and during recess which is at 10, i always have to eat again,cause im hungry too, after that i eat lunch and dinner.Is it healthy? will i get too fat from this? during my first breakfast, i eat stuff like garlic bread or instant pizzas, sometimes just eggs or bread.At school i eat noodles or rice.
During lunch, i've stopped to eat fast food , instead i'll eat bread at home, will bread make me fat? and i often try to skip dinner, is it fine to do this ?

keeping doing what you are doing. it is better to consume 4 meals than 3. take nutritional advice from "people" very little. most know next to nothing about the real science behind human biology the just recite what they hear or see on tv

how old are you? don't be too conscious about your diet. the right diet is eating 3 times a day, and if possible, no eating between meals.
at breakfast, eat like a king
at lunch, eat like a prince.
at dinner, eat like a beggar.

be sure that you take in healthy foods.

your actually suppose to eat 5 times a day. And go no longer than like 6 hours without eating something.

its ok, others eat 6 times a day also.. small meal....
