If you're having thoughts about suicide, why aren't you getting yourself help? People who will tell you that you're just seeking attention, or to basicaly "snap out of it" by getting involved, going out, or making friends haven't (in my oppinion) suffered from bad depresson. When depression is severe, I've been told that your mind isn't even in a state where it is capable to get or think it's self out of a depressed state. Only through therapy and drug intervention can the mind begin to change it's thought process and begin to recover thus gradually changing your attitude and actions. When others have the attitude that you have controle of you're thoughts and are able to think yourself happy...again to "Just snap out of it"...where is their empathy. Don't they think that if it would be that easy you would have done that? If that were the case, I don't think depression would exist at all.
Anyhow, I'm assuming that you're a guy by you user name and I'm glad to see that you at least recognize the symptoms and are willing to aknowledge you have depression...most men squerm at the topic and so sadly never are treated and SUFFER.
Now that you know you need help, than don't be to proud to get it. You CAN NOT do it by yourself . First, if you have someone who cares..a spouce, family member, friend..confide in them. Then seek out a Dr. or theripist that can help get you on the right track ASAP!!!! Do not hesitate, sounds like things are serious if you wish you were dead.
Have no one to talk to ??

Hey, maybe I'm more depressed than u, but even though I feel that way I don't wish I was dead coz I began to appreciate the life that God gave me. You may think that it gets worst with age ( I did once) but it's not. I'
m 28, two kids, no finished studies, no job right now, a marriage that hasn't being working out for the past 4 years...........but I'm still young and I have a great life to live even though I could die tomorrow or the next day (hope not). Chin up, u're young and have a future ahead of u, don't get depressed, cheer up ur life, go out more, find good friends and most of all, don't forget that God loves u and he will smile upon u

I am depressed I think, It's never been diagnosed, but I don't want to kill myself! According to some online test I have depression where I'm not sad but I'm not happy, It's almost like S.A.D, but different! It's not like most depressions! But no, I'm only 13 and no one knows how I feel!

i think mid 20s are the most confused moment, as i've found articles of suicidal cases. be ware of the evil callings and get through like i did. i knew someone who killed himself at that age, and he was such a waste, cute looking, sweet babe. too bad i didnt get a chance to be soulful.
life is good. eat delicious food, realize how lucky you are, while seeing others with cancers, struggling to stay alive.

pet a dog, and observe by looking through the dog's expression on how happy its life is by your touches.
you are lucky you were born a human after all.

think and be productive. reach out and touch others if you wanna waste yourself by death. die after your great contribution with honor.

live until you can live.

got that? : )

Get yourself busy with something and this feeling will disappear ... find something that you love, and try doing it or working on it ... that how you can go out of this state ..
