Wow, that is alot! I take Adderall and have for several years. In general, Aderall can harm you when it is in your system. If you take too much, you can have a heart attack or something to that nature. I don't think that it has many long term effects at all. I know many people who have taken it for years and are fine. Don't do this again, you are lucky!

All at once?!?!?!? The most I think I have ever taken is 20 30mgs over the course of a week. I'm sure you've done damage to your heart and maybe your teeth if you weren't on top of your brushing and flossing, but if you're still alive, I suppose you'll be ok. The worst is over. But seriously, how long were you up???
I have heard that it is difficult for one to overdose on speed, BUT at high levels like that it can cause you to become paranoid, delusional and perhaps cause mental disturbances.

Uh that's pretty much to the point of dying. Adderall is a very serious drug even though it is a precribe drug. Adderall is very much like cocaine. Speeds up your heart rate, anxiety and if too much can lead to heart failure.

Like any other drug, they must have after-effects maybe not noticeable right away. remember that anything you ingest has to pass thru the liver and kidneys. see a doctor.
