Genesis
Adam & Eve
Noah's Ark
Tower of Babel
Cain & Abel
Jacob & Esau
Moses and the Red Sea

I don't believe any of them. I think they were all made up.

Noah's Ark - How can you fit so many species on the ark at one time and then disperse them all after the flood. And this story implies God is not perfect.

Tower of Babel - People speak different languages not because God confused them while they were building a Tower, but because it was an invention by the society to be able to communicate with each other.

Adam & Eve - This is like saying there was first only one molecule of water. I think that there were many molecules of water produced at the same time, and not starting from just one. The same with the species of humans. There were probably many that were produced at about the same time, not everyone coming from Adam & Eve. And this story would also imply incest.

Moses & The Red Sea - If somebody could part a sea back then, why can't anyone do it nowadays?

Ah, and a few doubt we placed adult males on the moon. as a result, with the aid of fact they doubt it, they're perfect. That replaced into purely a narrative employing Hollywood specific outcomes, perfect? a guy on the moon! Hah! next you would be telling us the worldwide ain't flat! Like we are gonna believe that. Sorry, if i'm unable to touch it, if i'm unable to sense it, if i'm unable to individually adventure a different experience (like a "tsunami" fairly killed 250,000 people in a million hour!), then that's purely a fantasy, a parable. The above replaced into sarcasm. Your view regrettably is in accordance with you being the degree of all issues. it particularly is in opposition to technological know-how, which makes use of exterior metrics for a gage. You feign to be medical yet stay in the different. you're a strolling contradiction. Oh, via the way, have been you there 5000 years in the past? No? So how are you able to state an experience on no account happened.

I do - the website I listed below allows you to ask questions and have them answered. Many questions you ask are already there and aswered. There is also a site similar called: answersincreation.org

Check them out. Why does creation and believing the old Testament stories seem so hard? Evolution would have us believe that it all started with a bang and everything just happened to fall in the right place - don't you think that takes as much faith to believe (or more) than to believe in a Creator who made our world? Modern science cannot prove their big bang theory - that's why it is still a theory.

My God is big enough to create the world. Everything had to begin somewhere at some time - why not believe in an intelligent God?

I believe EVERY WORD of GOD the CREATOR! There were at one time over 500 different Indigenous People (Nations) here in what is now the USA...not to mention all of the different nations in all of the other parts of the world. Have you ever taken the time to check out their Creation stories? or any of the other stories (which were also Bibles - just passed down by the spoken word - which had to be memorized EXACTLY or they could not be passed along - as only certain people were allowed to be Story Tellers). Our Creator is Great and is quite capable of doing everything that it is said He did...in the Bible and also recorded in other books such as those of historical significance.

anything is possible through god, if god is in control of something then nothing is impossible, have a little faith. all these things weren't just done by the man in the story, they were done by god, he used these men as vessels to do his will, but in fact it was still all him. take the ark, for example, all aquatic animals wouldn't need room on the ark, and the ark was huge, look at a cruise ship, how much can be fitted on one of those, they were most likely the smallest, baby sized of each animal, not to mention , the ark has been found in the turkish mountains, mt. ararat. the story of the flood totally explains the aging porocess, dinosaurs, continental drift, etc. if you have questions on these subjects, i don't mind answering, just email me, and if i can't answer, i will figure it out and get back to you. my preacher is very smart and helpful, and anytime someone needs something explained he is more than happy to help, so i can always go to him, for help on something in the bible.

I do believe in the stories in the Old Testament. some of them are symbolisms, while others leave some evidences that they were true. hieroglyphics in egypt and documents on Tibet recorded some of these biblical events, not to mention the dead sea scrolls and the unpublished gospels.

Most of the stories you mention were written about one thousand years after they were handed down orally from generation to generation, and originally happened in the early bronze age. If you've ever passed a story around a room (as a game) you know how distorted they get in the retelling. Now, they were trying to do it verbatim and got as close as they could, no doubt, but I belive all you mention got their fair share of distortion by the time they were penned. Thanks.

Yes, you have debunked the bibles preposterous literal claims.
How lopsided. Can you think of one spiritual lesson. Can you relate to the awe one or two Roman Senatorsmay have had for a poor Christian who fearlessly awaited death by lions simply because of belief and faith. DOES YOUR LACK OF INSIGHT GIVE EFFECT TO A STRONG CHARACTER?
