You are not going to find them anywhere. You are going to have to design them yourself and make them yourself. This might not be as hard as you think. Get you some basic horse and/or mule harness and familiarize yourself with the principles on how they work. Then make the modifications to adapt the harness to fit and work on the animals you need to harness.

If you are doing drawings/ art or involved in the MMORPG (on line dungeon/ dragon games) the best places would be to download art and drawing and then, given some of the nice drawing programs, fabricate your own. Look closely at modern day tack (gear) for horses to see what is currently used. While you are at it check out some older, medieval tack items.
