what changes have you made in your diet? the diet ultimately determines the size and body composition not the amount of exercise.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

tip to remember, diets do not work, a Definition of diet is the daily eating habits you have set in, belly fat is difficult especially the lower belly section try to adjust your work out around your child's sleep schedule, yes it will be hard, i know, you say shes up at 6am daily, wake up at 5 or 5:30 and do about 30 Min's of cardio on an empty stomach, a good one is a mixed combination of work outs you can do on your back, flutter kicks, hello dollies, leg lifts, bicycle kicks, also liquid food is better for your body to metabolize, solid food actually takes more energy to breakdown, whey protein shakes are great for lean muscle, if your child takes naps throughout the day get a work out in while shes sleeping of you can and again when she goes to bed, and the most important part is getting rest, try to get your daughter involved With your exercise routine, it will be a great bonding experience as well :)

Stop eating as much as you do and get your body on a regimen low in fat, carbs, and sugar. It's not what you do to exercise that will reduce your belly fat. Exercise can only be part of your effort that will combine strengthening of your core muscles (tummy and small of your back are what most people refer to when they discuss "core" muscles) and a reduction in the amount and type of food you eat.

One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.
