Does he kiss you back? If not, I wouldn't kiss again. Not fair to do one-way kissing, right? And if I can be totally honest with you, I think he's just being a guy. He likes the kisses and the attention. Do you think he's worth all that? If you answered yes, then maybe you ought to move outside the friendship level ;-) I personally do not believe in friends with benefits - that's unfair in both parties. The answer IS NOT "he likes you"... you can kiss on almost anybody's neck and there most likley gonna tell you not to stop, lol.
Sex is on his mind, and it most be on yours if you kissin' on his neck.
If you want to know if he likes you try something less physical.
That allows him to respond with the head on his shoulders and not the one at his waist.

it depends on what kinda guy it is, either he doesnt have much luck with ladies and thats all he has, he is a creep and thinks that it will go further, or maybe he just likes you(least likely)
