Nearly every handgun is available with a long barrel. Your question is too vague to answer. For example, S & W Model 686s are available with 2 n 1/2" barrel, 4" barrel, n 6" barrel. Colt Pythons also come with 8" barrels. Dan Wesson revolver had interchangeable barrels in different lengths.

It depends on what you call a long barreled handgun.

To me, if it has much over 4" of barrel, it is a long barreled gun.

Smith & Wesson catalogs their N-Framed and X-Framed revolvers with 8 3/9" barrels in .357 Magnum,. .44 RemMag, .460 S&W, and .500 S&W.

Ruger offers 9" barrels in their Super Redhawk series in a number of calibers, and 7 1/2 inch barrels in the Redhawk, Blackhawk, Vaquero and Super Blackhawk models. From time to time, they offer the Super Blackhawk with a 10" barrel, but this is not an always thing.

Some of the companies that market the Italian copies of the Colt Single-Action Army Revolver offer what are called Buntline Specials with barrels from 12" to 16" long.

And Thompson/Center Contenders and Encores come standard with 14" and 16" barrels.

I'm not entirely sure what it is you're looking for, but most handguns allow for a long barrel option. You can order it that way when you make your purchase at the gun shop.
It sounds to me like you want a hunting piece. I can suggest Ruger Redhawk, or S&W model 29. There are others, but those are the first that come to mind.

usually, when you talk about a handgun with a long barrel ( 5 inches or more) you talk about big calibers used to hunt deer or black bear with. usually, the .357 magnum and the .44 magnum are the only used to hunt with. they are usually revolvers, 6, 8, or 10 shot.

Be advised that handguns with barrels of 16" or more suddenly turn into short rifles in the U.S. and there are regulations concerning them.
