I need it for my mini project.. I have to design the circuit.. And I am planning to do the schematic in Pspice... please help me.. I would be very grateful..

well, a "radio frequency clock" can mean many different things.

Do you want this clock to tell you time?

AM radio is broadcast at 640kHz, so is this acceptable as radio frequency?

In electronic design, a "clock circuit" is typically a clock buffer which drives many other circuits. It may include a Xtal oscillator as a reference.

In order for us EE's to be more helpful, you need to be more specific as to your requirements and project goals.
