I do not eat an abnormally large amount of food...my diet is pretty good

well if your able to run 3 miles a day at one time then i dont think you need to be worried about losing 15 pounds. you prolly wont even be able to lose that much without still be healthy.

it still depends on your diet and what you eat. eat more protein a little carbs and you'll lose it in about 2-3 weeks.

it varies for each person. you need to eat healthy, not just the right pertions. so sugar and white flour will help you loose it faster

well may be a month or 2 but that means no soda or fast food.... just eat small meals so ur metabolism stays up

you also have to think you may lose fat but you will also gain muscle...... you also will have to eat right ... it could be up to 3 months... or more it all depends on how devoted you are to lose weight
