As far as I know, it strengthens your ankles, calves, knees, and legs. If one has bad knees, then jogging can often heighten the pain and problems in the knee joints.
If you notice long distance runners are always slim. So jogging is also a good cardio workout, good for blood flow, and circulation. You also burn a lot of calories jogging or running on a treadmill, which will help your waistline.

well, just think about it. When you jog, you move your arms, hips, legs, and your torso(abdominal area) moves side to side when your moving like this. So it is working out all these areas, but it is mostly toneing your muscles in your legs!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.onesguide.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Also works out your stomach, shoulders, back, biceps, and most importantly - your HEART!

Your heart, lungs, back, arms, groin, glutes, quads, hamstrings, shins, calves, and ankles. You'll feel it the most, especially if you haven't done much running, in your shins and hamstrings.
