Just keep saying no, don't be pressured into anything that you don't want to do.
And don't have sex in high school, because all the boys there are immature and don't care about serious relationships, only sex. Wait until college when it's legal and you know that the guy doesn't want you JUST for sex, because if he only wanted that, he could get it in other places haha.
But seriously, get rid of his sorry *** before he hurts you.

Say NO! as much as you can
If he tries to make a move on you give a good punch in the face and a and kick between the legs(so no kids come from the jerk)
Then run to the safest person(mainly adult) and tell then what happen.

Tell someone who knows you, and who maybe even can get close to your situation. Better to let someone else who can verify that you have not encouraged anything. Once that is done tell him you will report his actions to the authorities, his folk and anyone else who will listen if he doesn't leave you alone. So then if he only waits awhile and restarts with his antics then you'll still have proof of your intent all along...

He obviously disrespects you and your boundaries. What he is doing is called sexual harassment and he needs to stop. A call to the police should help him get a clue.
I mean it. What he is doing is not petty 15 year old stuff. If he won't listen to you then it sounds as if the law needs to set him straight. They may not arrest him, but I'd bet it will scare him into leaving you alone. He may even think twice before harassing the next girl.

you even considering it writing to us says u a not sure wt to do,but anyway tell him why you wont have sex with him,the moral reasons, and the social reasons as well as its effect on both your lives make it as traumatizing as you can,ask him why he wants to have sex with you weigh them and show him how silly his reasons are and say no at the end just to show him you haven't changed your mind. .

You need to make it clear to this person, and what do you mean he won't take no for a answer. You are in control of your on mind and body. So you have control of this situation.

Tell him that you will complain about his behavior to your parents. And they will get him into trouble with the law.
Just because he is 15 doesn't mean that he can't go to jail.

Do what YOU want, not what he wants... if you want to have sex with him, then make sure you've really thought about it and you're safe and protected, but if you don't, then don't, and be firm about it. He's pressuring you, and that's not ok. Don't feel obligated.
