I can find the church that I go to in Romans 16:16, and I can find the name that I wear in Isaiah 62:2 and Acts 11:26, so I'm challenging you to find yours. If you find it, please write down in your answer where it is in the Bible so I can see for myself.

My church is the house of the Lord as described in the bible. It is a building reserved for us.

Psalm 100 teach us who we belong to.
Psalm 42-3 tells us where is our God.
Psalm 23 tells us who are shepherd (pastor) is.

I could give you more verses, but you would only confuse them as you have the verses you cited.

Romans 16:16 refers to the existing groups of Christian, not your church.

Isaiah 62:2 is about Zion (Jerusalem) new name, not the church you attend.

Saul's (Paul's) group of Christians is not the church you attend.

Answer: "Christ in you" is the relevant teaching you are looking for. Find a bible study group and learn what that really means. As for the building you attend, remember the earth is God's foot stool.

Well...Church is an English word, derived from the Greek word "Kirikon", meaning "House of the Lord". It usually translates another Greek word, "Ecclesia", which means, generically, "a convocation". The proper English name for the Church would then be "Convocation". This is a direct translation of a word commonly found in the Bible, and the Church certainly takes this name. However, we add other adjectives to this word, such as "Catholic", or the genitive terms, "...of Christ", or "...of God". Other names may be used; "The Body of Christ", sometimes with the modifier "Mystical", et al. All of these are names of the Church.

If you are referring to a Christian Church you won't find any.

Christ established only one Church with one set of beliefs (Eph. 4:4–5). He did not establish numerous churches with contradictory beliefs.

To see which is the true Church, we must look for the one that has an unbroken historical link to the Church of the New Testament. Catholics are able to show such a link. They trace their leaders, the bishops, back through time, bishop by bishop, all the way to the apostles, and they show that the pope is the lineal successor to Peter, who was the first bishop of Rome. The same thing is true of Catholic beliefs and practices. Take any one you wish and you can trace it back to the apostolic period.

I don't think so. I go to an Assembly of God church. But I don't think the name above the door gives you exclusive rights to enter Heaven.

I can trace my Church (Roman Catholicism) all the way back to the apostles themselves through apostolic succession. The Bishops of the Catholic Church have an unbroken lineage all the way back to the apostles (the first Bishops) and Peter, The Bishop of Rome/the first Pope. God bless!
