Why does my cat's nose keep getting pink sores on it? He already had antibiotics.?

Antibiotics help only if there's bacterial infection. Since the antibiotics are not helping, the sores are from something else. Other things that can cause sores are from constant scratching, foreign body penetration, cancer, fungal infection, viral infection. Better bring him to a vet to make sure its nothing too serious.
