I have never heard of the cpap giving a person congestion. I would check with your doctor or sleep lab where you got the machine, to make sure it is working properly.

use distilled water in the water chamber about a half inch below the fill line. also make sure the heater is on. if that dont work try using nose spray b-r you lay down.
