Nachos with melted cheese is always a favourite around here.
Also, just get some cream cheese and press half a bar onto the bottom of a microwavable plate, top with salsa (and chopped black olives if you like) and grated tex/mex cheese ...nuke for a minute and a half enough to warm it all up and scoop up with nacho chips. This is a snack and a meal for us some days! LOL
Right now with tomatoes ripe and bursting off the vine, I just get a thick slice of BEEFSTEAK tomato, a fresh italian bun and make a nice sandwich, just put some olive oil and salt/oregano on it, or if you don't have that some italian salad dressing for flavour...oh YUM.
My grandma actually used to make achovy and tomato sandwiches...I just make go out and buy a can for old times sake! LOL

a peice of fruit, like an apple or a banana. The fiber will make you feel fuller faster than something sugary and besides, it's good for you.
