what should I do? I don't feel tired enough to go to bed....help....

salad cuz its 15 calories for every 1 and a third cup. theres no fat.
EDIT: have some kinda milk or ice cream cuz that calms the nervous system down, and u'll fall asleep faster. and yes, HEALTHY cereal is acceptable. (i just had 28g of fat from a pizza omg this totally ruined everything!)

I always recommend not to eat before going to bed, but if you really feel the need, eat some fruit and drink water.

i feel the same way to just drink some water no iam lieing just eat it because if you dont now you are going to later just eat a little bit just a little

eat ice cream a favorite night snack,fat free and no sugar added of course..if not available..just drink water and go to sleep.

chew on gum, fill urself with water, eat a sweet fruit.. or if u have bigggg cravings dark chocoalte is healthy =]
