ok wellllll....I'm 5'7", 150lbs, and sniff sniff im fat :( haha jk well not really but you know wat i mean!!
I want to lose waight!! like really really badly!! welll so far i excersie 3 days a week for about an hour but i luv junk food
help me dr Phil!!!! hahah ( i'm a total dork)

im also very atletic! dance, soccer, and kung fu.

and my mom says that im not fat that its mostly muscle
but isnt that like saying hunny ur not fat ur just big boned

Homemade vegetable soup. Buy some bullion cubes, chicken and/or beef. No calories. Buy frozen or canned veggies and make a nice soup. Add a can of white meat chicken if you like. Eat this soup several times a day. It has hardly any calories and tastes good and fills you up.
