Or any other religion, for that matter.

Some of you are just silly...
Of course I will always love my son no matter what, for he is my world!
And yes, his happiness is of the utmost importance.
Even so, I would have to wonder where I went wrong if he became religious.
Now of course I don't WANT him to be homosexual, but I find that way more acceptable.
Anyway, thanks for your answers!

Whichever was going to make him happiest.

I want my children to have a wonderful, fulfilling life. Any path they choose is fine with me, as long as it isn't harmful to them.
They may not choose the path that I would choose for them, but that is what growing up is all about.... finding your own path to happiness.

-EDIT- I got thumbs down for wishing my children happiness? Nice.

Whichever makes him happy - he or she will either be born homosexual or not, and he or she will find his own spiritual path in life, just like I did. I'm not a Christian, but as long as my kids uphold the values of tolerance and religious freedom and secularism, we won't be having "a talk".

Though we may have a few heated debates about evolution, though...

If I had to choose this would be my choice
Homosexual

Just because someone is a Homosexual does not mean they are not Spiritual

Just because someone is a Christian does it mean they are Spiritual

Why couldn't they be both? Only certain denominations choose to discriminate against homosexuals.

A Christian who knew what a Christian really is. Not what many are.

If he or she was a Homosexual, then I hope that he or she was a homosexual who was Christian.

People seem to forget that not all the time what makes you happy, is ultimately good for you. To seek Christ is to seek the redemption and reason for mankind. To seek the sinful world and fleshly desires is to seek death itself.

Christian by far. Homosexuality is just wrong. If it were ok (and it never will be) then there would be only 1 sex.

I would say Christian only because it would be easier for my child, given the narrow mindedness that still permeates our society when to comes to homosexuals.
