Literal translation:
みなさん: Everyone
温かく: Warm
見守っていて: Look after/take care/be a guardian angel/be a protector/be concerned/wish a safe passage
下さい: Please
More sensible translation:
Everyone, please look after (me/him/her/them/somebody) with your kind heart.
Basically, the stentence is asking everyone to be thinking of someone with kind heart.
見守っていて does not translate well into English. "Mimamoru" means look after, in the sense of be a protector/guardian_angel, etc, but not in real sense or physical sense, as in come to rescue when in needs. It's more of "thinking of" and in moral support and in spirit. It is very difficult to give you a precise translation.
Also, it is customery to omit the subject of the sentence once the relationship is established. Your "clip", therefore, does not have the subject. It is not entirely clear who needs to be 'watched.' It could be me, you, he, she, them, or any group of people.

If you ever need to translate something, go to Google, type in "online translator" and heaps of sites will pop up. To make sure a site is giving you accurate translations, go to a few and type in your sentence and if they all come up the same or similar you know that youve got it right.

it's pretty easy, find the site where you found the sentence in, then download translating software, sometimes it's free, since you can't always read it in english
