Can you use soy milk in cooking and making sauces such as
bechamel just like regular milk? Thanking you in advance.

Thanks vee, I guess the sugar in the soy milk
will in fact give you some gas. So I'll watch it.

My husband David is lactose intolerant and I use soy milk for baking and cooking. Soy milk is just like any other milk when it comes to cooking. Plus it's healthy for you!

soy milk will work miracles. go for it. it should be able to do just as much as regular milk but give you gas.

Although some ppl. find it taste different.
Else u can also use coconut milk.

i use soy milk when baking or for dessert recipes..
for any meat, or other savory recipes i use regular milk..
