When you are doing so well in life(work, school) until someone or something brings problems in your life(whether big or small), you quit work drop out of college and want to sit around all day and watch tv or be online. You tried motivation pills but they made you mean(welbutrin). You are sick of this! Suggestions?

you just have to realize that some things just arent that important, sit back and figure out what is important to YOU and not everyone else, its a long process that people dont often try in the instant gratification world we live in, just get up and push through it and try to be positive about it, you'll get better, trust me :)

Sounds like Wellbutrin isn't the med for you. Check back with your doc and let him know.

Take long walks out in the fresh air - this will help to clear your head.
Eat something each day, and drink fluids good for your health.
Read something interesting and plan on learning one new thing.
Plan to talk with someone - an adult conversation.

Take an hour to yourself -- pen and paper in hand. On the paper write what your goals were before the problems came.
Now, if you need to make some modifications, write where/what/who you want to be 10 years from now. Now work your way back, list 5 years from now, 3 years, 1 year.
OK Now find someone to talk to -- someone who can help you get moving and make those goals a reality. One step at a time, one day at a time, one hour at a time.

Cause you can do it!

Everybody has problems in their lives, and each could have the same problem as you, but treat it differently. It is to bad that you dropped out of school, because sitting at home sulking is not the answer. Get off your duff, quit feeling sorry for yourself and do something beneficial for your life.

i have none. i am sorry. i am down now, and i just wanted to tell you i am sorry that you had to go through this. its really no fun. i hope you find a good solution. some people who are really laid back take things easier. try that for a day and see how that works out.

my lifes saying is if it does not kill you it makes you stronger. You are going to have your ups and downs that is the way life is and right now I am at a real down, but I have the confidence that it will go up
