It seems to me that Pro Wrestling fans are calling UFC fake. This is confusing, because isn't Pro Wrestling fake? Are they just upset that they have to, as fans, watch what is basically theatre, that is, a play? Wrestling to me has never been worth watching, because of poor storylines, even worse acting, and fake fighting. MMA has no such problems, as it is real. There is no better way to put it. MMA is all real, and Pro Wrestling, for the most part, is fake. I will concede that Pro Wrestlers are generally superb athletes, with extraordinary acrobatic and stunt skills. Most Wrestlers are actual wrestlers, they just dont actually fight. It follows a vague script; you fight him, make it look good, and then you lose. I want to hear from as many of you as possible. I want to know what everyone else thinks about this. I fully expect Pro Wrestling fans to step up.
Note: I know that there are REAL Wrestling leagues featuring actual wrestling. I am not referring to them, obviously.

It is going both ways for months now, no one even remembers for sure who started it, but I can assure you it was most likely kids not adults. MOST Martial artist have respect for proffesional wrestling and most wrestlers respect Martial Arts.
This is just a case of kids getting their jollies at trying to get us adults going. SO try to do what I do, either ignore them or embarass them with wit.

Because they think that it's frustrating and not interesting! They say fights end too quickly and that it's not entertaining but more boring! It's kind of true! But I hate fake Fighting more! Also I think what makes UFC look fake is from all the disrespect in the UFC! Like People like Tito Ortiz who insults allot of opponents! But I believe that most have never seen a Real fight end quickly! A true fighter will understand the Technique involve in a fight! UFC in my opinion was good from the beginning but fell apart when they had more rules! It's still good to watch but could be better! Some people enjoy watching a perfect art in the making! WWE have there fake fights and UFC has their close to real fights with Martial arts in the making! Also they must think that everything is staged like wrestling! I'm sure UFC have moments of Staged fights! We might hear about it in a couple of years?

Basically, a bunch of prepubescent children started a flame war in the wrestling section, making fun of the fact that WWE style wrestling is fake and claiming that UFC is better than WWE. Then, other prepubescent children, thinking that the trolls that are messing with them contribute here, come here and say that UFC and MA in general is "gay". I tried a few weeks ago to tell that section that we don't care that wrestling is fake, and that the trolls have no voice here. Apparantly that didn't work. I expect that these rants will go away in a few weeks, since school is starting up, but just let them alone and ignore them.

If i recall at around ufc 70 someone was in the wrestling section saying how he was watching ufc 70 and wrestling sucks and blalbalbalbalbal and apparently it continued for a couple months to the point where some kiddies from there deceided to come here and say how gay ufc and mixed martial arts are.
Like i hate lazy people said, just bear with it until school starts up again.

A couple of people with nothing better to do started a flame war. So UFC fans go to the wrestling section and vice-versa in order to talk trash.
Best to just shrug it off. It will go away eventually.

the wwe and other so called pro wrestling associations fans are made up a predominate group of immature people who think they are going to make something happened by saying stupids untrue things about the mixed martial arts world, you got people who cant appreciate the actual real art of self defense and hand to hand combat, but they want to believe all the silly story lines and watch people fight in ways that no one fights in any real situation in real life.

Look at their profiles. All the ones I've read is something like "I'm 14 and I love WWE and anime." It's not going both ways either. It's 2 trolls with nothing better to do annoying them and they overreact like the kids they are.
I guess they think that a man kissing another man (Goldust), grabbing asses (Rico), and dry humping each other (Viscera) ISN'T gay... See? They have no brains.

Its both sides doing it, but it is all kids with Nada better to do. None are adults. An adult usually is mature enough to know better to have a frugile pointless argument over it. Try your best to ignore them and if you cant just report them, they are just kids.

yeah why would mma and ufc be fake?? they dont have any personallity really to go off of...one just tunes in to see the occasional slam and submission....yea ufc lovers started this gay war of words...yes indeed hopefully when school starts this bs will go away
