In fact I believe that our spirit is outside time so we don't just reincarnate forward in time but also back and sideways and we do so until we've lived the life of every person that ever lived throughout all of history.

I never put lots of thought into reincarnation. But if you do believe in recarnation your chances coming back Chinese is 25% or 1 out 4.../

No. The Word of God plainly states that "it is ordained that each man die but once and then comes judgment". That pretty much rules out multiple lives and multiple deaths.
