they would keep it anonymous if thats what you want. try calling the police before the FBI though

Complainants who requests anonymity cannot be exposed by the FBI in order to guarantee that people will call them about crimes.

That depends on the nature of you complaint. If they can avoid mentioning you and you request anonymity then your name will be withheld.. However, if your complaint results in criminal charges then you will have to face her in court. If your complaint is something only you could know, like complaining that she stole something from you just as an example, then she will also know.

It depends on the situation in some cases they do and put you in witness protection, but most of the time they don't unless they HAVE to, like they are talking to a judge.

What is your neighbor doing that is so wrong? If its in the safety of her own home and she isn't harming anyone, you shouldn't involve yourself.
