Does aloe vera gel help with acne? Yes, it does. Although you mentioned your acne isn't bad, even if it was quite bad, it would still help. Here are the highest rated ones to buy: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_72_0/188-1810604-5419537?rh=n%3A3760911%2Ck%3Aaloe+vera+gel%2Cp_72%3A1248873011&tag=acn3-20&keywords=aloe+vera+gel&ie=UTF8&qid=1408980752&rnid=1248871011

Just like with most other products, not all brands are the greatest instead of just buying any bottle of aloe vera, get one of the ones on that page instead. Those are some of the best ones on the market.

What I do is apply the gel on my face at night, before going to bed. Obviously, you'll want to wash your face first. As you sleep, the stuff will have time to penetrate your skin and do its job.

This is surface treatment so in order to help prevent more from showing up, aside from continuing to use this stuff, is to watch what you eat and drink plenty of water. Eating certain foods, as you probably already figured out, will tend to cause more break outs. If you have figured out what these foods are, obviously stop eating them. Stress can cause more acne as well so learn to relax.

Aloe vera gel will definitely help you rid of acne but you need to use it consistently to make acne/pimples/zits stay off your face and body.

Aloe Vera has many different uses. If you have mild acne, it may be the thing you need to clear it up. Also cleansing your face with a mild, fragrance free cleanser twice a day should do the trick, along with moisturizing lotion specifically for your face. Don't use anything to thick because it will just clog up your pores even more. If you have severe acne, you may want to see a dermatologist. I found that going to the tanning bed clears my acne up because the heat actually kills the bacteria on your face. Your diet is usually the main cause of bad breakouts. Eating less sugary foods (limit soda or sweets) is the best thing to do to get rid of it as well.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.
