I must disagree with PaulCyp's conclusion. Jesus is indeed physically present and living in the Holy Eucharist; therefore when I receive Him, He is alive in me, and so He is alive in my home as well.

There's SOMETHING alive in my house! It leaves toothmarks in the soap in the bathroom. Is it Jesus? I don't know.

No, because in my Church Jesus Christ is physically present in the form of the Most Holy Eucharist. He is certainly spiritually present in my home, but not physically present.
