I see a lot of people tell on here that it is the one unforgivable sin, and yet it bothers me when I see some that have the wrong definition about what that is...
The Bible is clear on what it is.
The religious leaders had come out to hear Jesus speak and when He begin to cast out demons the leaders were so blind that they said the Holy Spirit was the power of Satan. They told Jesus and the people that He wasn't the Son of God but Satan's Agent... (Matthew 12:24, and 31)
So if you are worried or every think that you have commited the unforgivable sin then you haven't commited it. If anyone today has commited the sin, it would be one who is hard-hearted, who has turned against Jesus Christ, reviled Him, and become so depraved that he would claim that God's Spirit is Satan.
As a fellow christian, what are your thoughts about what I have said?

Jesus used the Holy Spirit to cast out demons, and the people were saying that the power was Satan.
The gave the credit of what the Spirit was doing, to Satan...

I just read my title, and I apologize for sounding rather rude. I know it must sound rude, and offend some, and I do apologize it was not meant to come out like that...

You are exactly right! Have you ever heard of the "Blasphemy Challenge"? It's a joke. They think blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is simply saying they don't believe in him. In order to commit the unforgivable sin you not only have to believe in him, you have to believe in Satan too...and then you have to accuse the Holy Spirit of acting in Satan.
No atheist can EVER commit that sin! lol.

So, too, since the holy spirit or active force emanates from God and is intimately connected with God’s person, Jesus could speak of “blasphemy against the spirit.” This is stated to be the unforgivable sin. (Mt 12:31; Mr 3:28, 29; Lu 12:10) Blasphemy is shown to originate within one’s heart (Mt 15:19; Mr 7:21, 22); hence the heart condition, manifest in the willfulness involved, must relate to such blasphemy against the spirit. The incident that led to Jesus’ statement concerning the unpardonableness of such sin demonstrates that it refers to opposing the operation of God’s spirit. This would not be because of deception, human weakness, or imperfection; but the opposition would be willful and deliberate. The Pharisees clearly saw God’s spirit at work in Jesus to accomplish good, yet for selfish reasons they attributed this power to Beelzebub, Satan the Devil, thereby blaspheming God’s holy spirit.—Mt 12:22-32; compare Heb 6:4-6; 10:26, 27.
I feel your on the right track and your answer to that question was good. And your right, people who think they blasphemed against the Holy Spirit probably didn't because if they had they probably wouldn't be worried about it because blasphemy is willful and deliberate. And if your worring about it , it was not deliberate.

The Pharisees - who knew that Jesus' miracles validated His words and ministry (see John 11:45-48) - were attempting to discredit Jesus' Messiahship by saying that His works were by the devil and not by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, when the Pharisees accused Jesus of casting out demons by the power of Satan, they were blaspheming the Holy Spirit by whom Jesus performed His miracles. This is unforgivable because it struck at the very heart of the redemptive work of God in Christ.
Thanks for clarifying this for me.

I agree with your definition. Furthermore, it happens to me all the time. I'm constantly told that I cannot be a Christian and gay man at the same time. I'm told that it's impossible and the voice I'm hearing is not God, but satan. Even though I've accepted Christ as my Savior and received the Holy Spirit, I'm told the Holy Spirit is "of satan."
As you've correctly pointed out, the Bible does say that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the one sin that will not be forgiven.

Blasphemy Against The Holy Spirit IS NOT the Unpardonable Sin.
The Unpardonable Sin is Hebrews 6: 4,5,6.
Blasphemy (talking against The Holy Spirit and Attributing HIS Power to satan) Against The Holy Spirit WILL NOT be Forgiven in this World, OR the World to Come---BUT it will be ForGiven in the World AFTER those Worlds.
Deep, Huh?
No, you DO NOT Lose your SALVATION if you Blaspheme The Holy Spirit, you Lose REWARDS.

You did not understand the verse. The religious leaders that was stated in Mathew 12:24 were so blind or misinterpreted Jesus to be agent of satan and they have uttered a blasphemy against the Holy spirit of God for saying that it has the power of satan. Take note of the word "so blind" If you utter words against Jesus, it can be forgiven but to the Holy it is unforgivable.
blasphemy
blas·phe·my [blásfəmee]
(plural blas·phe·mies)
noun
1. disrespect for religion: disrespect for God or sacred things
2. something showing disrespect for religion: something done or said that shows disrespect for God or sacred things
for your information, tht is the meaning of the word blasphemy
Mat 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mat 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

The Baha'i Writings are in agreement with the Bible. 'Abdu'l-Baha' elucidates that blasphemy is a kind of sickness different from failure to recognize the divine Manifestation.
"...But if he loathe the divine perfections themselves -- in other words, the Holy Spirit -- it is evident that he is like a bat which hates the light.
This detestation of the light has no remedy and cannot be forgiven -- that is to say, it is impossible for him to come near unto God. This lamp is a lamp because of its light; without the light it would not be a lamp. Now if a soul has an aversion for the light of the lamp, he is, as it were, blind, and cannot comprehend the light; and blindness is the cause of everlasting banishment from God."
