Must look like some kind of left over food or something. I've often been told I look like death warmed over.

It is an abstract concept. Death is the end of life. It does not look like anything.

Actually, I've never looked death in the face. I have seen death in others. It is faceless and cold.

Hollow, empty, lifeless, pale gray, stiff....
Having actually seen people die and having seen corpses...I contend it is not that peaceful, your brain turns into a mush of ruptured cells. You don't die unhappy; it's impossible. The most strong willed of people will not put up a fight. It's like fainting, there comes a point when you know it's going to happen but there's nothing you can do.

Death is a Spirit that can Seperate You (a Spirit) from your Body (flesh).
For Good.
Death has been Defeated by Jesus.
Yes, Christians will come out of their Body's, but Later, those Body's will be Recreated and We will go Back Into Them.
Death is Under Our Feet Thanks to Jesus!
Thanky Jesus!

I am an EMT and military medic, I have seen death is war, Jail, and in ER, it looks like this, this is what I saw, One Afghan had the face of terror on him when his heart gave out, one inmate murdered from his head being bashed had fear and terror in his eyes, in both cases there was no peace, I believe they saw hell, when a lady died while I was at the hospital I saw peace, and her death had a warmness in the room, her face was peaceful and happy, I believe she saw an angel to carry her to God, I seen men die, and there were either, peace on their faces or fear and terror, death is not fun by no means, I believe in death we can have peace, but for those that knew not God their was terror, one man was blue in the face, one man had his face cuff, death can be a scary scene, but with God by my side i had his peace, ans his strength to try and save them.

You pass through a roaring wall of pain and trauma to a place of absolute silence, stillness and love. After a long time you realize your silence is astonishment but the astonishment is so strong you continue in silence. The rest I'm not allowed to reveal.
God is love.
Love is the direct experience of God.
