I just want to know what it means - like yellow may mean it is not enforced, or what...

Spelling color as colour means you must either be an Aussie, from the UK or maybe Canada. I believe it's international, but at least here in the good old USA the yellow is warning or cautionary. If a sign has 60 mph in black and white, that means 60 is the speed limit. If the sign says 60 mph in black and yellow, it's the suggested but not the mandatory speed and going faster won't get you in trouble...as long as you don't go faster than what the black and white sign said.

The yellow is just like stop lights, it is a caution/warning. It is the suggested speed for that curve but not the speed limit.

It means if you're a chicken you can drive safely at this speed. If you drive faster and have an accident the cops can pinch ya.

Yelow signs are suggested speeds. If you are going over that speed and have an accident you can get a ticket.

Those are caution signs. The larger the vehicle the slower you should go.
