the part with the polka dots whats that part of the house called? don't give me an answer like a "wall" but like theres a name for something like that, notice how its like popping out unlike the bottom. please help thanks.

Sorry to disapoint you, but it is an exterior wall, however, it is "cantilevered" out over the first floor. As far as I know, there is no special name for it.

That is the ovehang of the second floor as seen on a colonial style house. It is left over from the old days when you might have to stand up there during the French and Indian Wars and shoot down at Indians who had rushed the house.

That is its actual origin so no offense to Native Americans who were not present at that time.

The exterior of house is call facing and facing has different type such as Brick - concrete - stucco- vinyl- wood and picture is shown vinyl facing (combination material of wood and plastic)
