E. Music compositions of various genres for the instrument
F. Music Notation and Music Theory
G. Music history/Composers
H. Teaching and Performance resources (email lists, organizations, conferences. etc)
I. Ability to demonstrate and teach both technicality and musicality of the instrument
J. Knowledge and ability to promote yourself or ensemble
K. Good ear training to play in tune and blend with an ensemble
L. Professionalism to work with your ensemble members or anyone associated with performance or teaching venues.

what exactly do you consider a guitar pro to be? someone thats very talented at playing guitar...a talented songwriter? a guitar teacher? somone that you hear playing guitar on the radio every 5 minutes?
theres more to becomming a skilled guitarist than anyone can answer for you on this website:) sorry my friend. some things you have to just figure out for yourself!

I personally think you need to know how to play bass, and some keyboard! This has helped me understand the music!
