if it was ground it will be laetrile which is a poison that normal cells will handle but will kill off cancer cells. So it is OK your body will expel it in a couple of days.

I wouldn't - it could get clogged in inside you - if it has sharp edges it could also tear you inside. Ever had kidney or gallstones? Very painful
