Lo siento, no hablo español.

Notice that the order is reversed... English writes it backwards - LOL

Also, notice that it is NOT 'habla'... the correct word is 'hablo'.

Lo siento no hablo español or No hablo español lo siento either way is correct, if you just say Lo siento nobody will know what you are sorry for.
