I'm not realy sure that the original Elvis 'changed the world' as you put it. He did however have a lot to do with changing the musical world. And how can Elvis be reincarnated if he never died? Silly. Lol.

Yes it will happen I am self proclaimed Elvis Presley reincarnated and different people have told me to quit my 9-5 and go on the road and my ex says she believes I am and she was my ex at the time of her thoughts so it's possible
