I have never heard of a friends-with-benefits relationship turning into more. Although its common for girls to get into a friends-with-benefits thing because they hope they can make the guys fall for them. This is unrealistic for two reasons:
1. If a guy is already getting what he wants AND has his freedom, why should he "fall in love"? (Besides, if a guy *loves* you, he'll want to protect you and defend your honor all that stuff. All guys in love are the same. They picture themselves as some knight and you as some princess. So they won't want to dirty you with loveless sex.)
2. Because girls must like and respect a guy before they'll want to sleep with them. But guys can sleep with just about anybody. A guy can think a girl is a total joke and still perform sexually.
P.S.-->Was once a guy's "beneficial friend". It didn't end badly--we still communicate via phone/internet and never had one fight.....but it would have been stupid of me to hope that he would ever want to be in a relationship with me; and he would have been wrong to hope that I would ever stay with him long-term, either.

Mine just ended. It ended badly. Usually one person wants more than the other person or you forget the whole "friend" word and just end up using each other for sex!
It's not a good thing....u need to have at least a very simple relationship and be GOOD friends.

Absoultely not, least most of the time.
Theres 50/50 that when you befriend a beneficial friend you will have their benefits or gain more benefits from them. THe downside is YOU WILL END BADLY WITH THEM, they will evemtually find out...eventually...
