A scrap book of everything you guys have done together. You don't have to just put pictures in it. Perhaps a napkin or straw from your favorite club or restaurant, a ticket stub from a movie you guys saw together, etc.
He'll like it.

If you're really serious about him, a promise ring is an excellent idea because it shows him how you feel. Are you two going to be together on your anniversary? If not (and if he doesn't already have one) a webcam is a good idea also.

Probably a good aftershave which you love and have commented on when he wore it. Plus a pic of you two(or a collage) which will tell him that you care and long for him.

Get professional boudoir or glamour photos done. the professional way will be prettier than having a friend do it and also be more classy. remember to take a friend with you.
