Many places don't get signatures on charges less than $50 these days.

The Fast Food places have made a deal with the card companies.
Anything under $25 doesn't need a signature anymore.

You don't have to sign, but you should have received a comformation number to conform that your order was paid. So you always keep up with a conformation number, just in case you might have to go back on it for your proof of purchase.

You were already charged before the pizza left the pizza place, so you will still get billed... there is no difference.

its not a big deal... only if its over a certain amount do you have to sign... Around here if you get groceries and spend under $50 you don't have to sign either.... Think about it, they have your credit card number.. and you have a pizza... do you usually get so lucky as to getting free grub??
Yeah.... me either. :(
