This is NOT the Eastern Orthodox perspective, but is the Bible's perspective from God himself.

Armageddon has not taken place yet. It is God's war against the ungodly. Innocent faithful servants of God will keep living.

Proverbs 2:20-22
Matthew 24:21,22
Luke 21:34-36
2nd Thessalonians 1:6-9
Revelation 16:14-16

Chapters Revelation 17 and 18 need to happen yet and this will be soon. (Babylon the Great is the world empire of false religion)

Isn't Armageddon a hill in Israel or something? Armageddon is the place, Apocalypse is the event. As for the actual Battle, who knows? We all have some sort of battle between good and evil, WWII could even be called the Battle of Armageddon since it was one, a World War, two, had a lot of people fight in it, three, had good and evil sides...So...ask yourself those questions. I don't know the Eastern Orthodox side, but if it happens, from what Christan's tend to say...Heaven might have a hard time winning, since Hell will have the Vikings, the Romans, the Greeks, anyone from Valhalla, the Egyptians, the Native Americans...the Babylonians, the ancient Samurai...the Chinese fighters, the Mongols...the Goths, any and all Pagans...and Heaven will have the Christians...so um....it'll be a hard fight if you ask me...now, that's what it seems that the Bible says I think that it's wrong but Hell, not my decision to claim what others should believe...hope I helped some.

Oh, yes it's Biblical and it will happen in the not very distant future, but you will know about it, so if it had happened already you wouldn't be asking, but the question you should ask yourself is: Are you marked for survival or destruction, for there are many paths that people are walking, yet there are only two destinations the first is the path to life and the other is the path to destructionto be saved you have to be on God's side, are you? What does being on God's side mean?Is it to just believe in God?No! for the demons believe but that will not do them any good, and they shudder because they know what will happen to them,19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.(James2:19)

Armageddon has not happened. Nor will it ever happen. It is simply a metaphor to illustrate the global and fierce battle between good and evil in this world.

I don't even understand what Eastern Orthodox means unless it's the Greek Catholics.
Any way pretty dumb question. You are still here to ask it so that pretty much proves it hasn't happened yet huh?
Ever heard of the Bible or Revelations? Ever open a bible for yourself.
Perhaps you are one of the ignorant children that know little and talk much.
Read the word for yourself fool.

"Armageddon" is the town of Megedo north of Jerusalem. It's been invaded by countless armies over the centuries because it lies on the invasion route between Egypt, ebanon and Syria. What John of Patmos wrote about in his Revelation has already happened. He was writing about current events in the days of the Roman Empire. So, pay to attention to American evangelists who can't find either of those two places on the map.

How about the biblical perspective? No Armaggedon has not happened. It will be the final battle between satan and his army and Jesus Christ. Jesus will win, of course, and satan will be thrown into the lake of fire, for all of eternity. This is still to come.
