It is a sin. Abuse of the report button is a total sin.

Sue answers? On what grounds???
You know, I really enjoy visiting Answers, but, it's just a website. It's not meant to be upsetting to the extent that one even THINKS about the site when you're not on it.
If it would make you feel better, maybe you should contact the Answers staff with your objections. I'm just curious though, have you read the Community Guidelines? If you're not following them, you're setting yourself up to have violations levied against you and having your account suspended. I've been on Answers for over a year and I think I've gotten one violation during that time, for providing what Answers viewed as a 'non-answer'.
You have to say something pretty bad to have your account suspended. As far as I'm concerned, if Ralph Kramden is still here, ANYone should still be able to be here.

I have not received any violation notice since I joined but I did notice some unfair violation notices against Top Contributors, many of whom are no longer around.

I've never got a violation notice, but that's because I try to be as nice as I can. I'm surprised I haven't though.
We can't sue because you are willingly coming to Yahoo!. If you were forced to come, I still don't think you have a case.

Read the fine print next time you agree to a TOS document.
Try sections 11 and 15 of the TOS:

such a pity isn't it? If only they paid more attention to what was actually being reported, we wouldn't have half as many suspensions and deletions. *sigh* Wishful thinking though, I'm afraid.

They would probably find a way to put a "violation notice" on our lawsuit. Yahoo!Anwsers do not do things fairly at all...
