NO. 166.5 cm is equivalent to 65.6 inches. Divide it by 12 and it will give you 5.46666 which can be rounded off as 5' 47 or probably 5'5 at its maximum estimation.

Sure! It works out to be 5.46 feet which is 5'5.52". I've seen people add more than a half of an inch to their height (like they say they are 5'6" but they are really 5'5").
However, if it is for a calculation for something medical (like finding height/weight ratio for BMI or medicine dosing) round down to 5'5".

Yeah, I completely understand what you mean. Just because something is your favorite doesn't always mean that it's the best. I know what you mean with Bob Dylan and David Bowie. Dylan is extremely good at metaphors, lyrics, and songwriting in general. David Bowie does have a very unique voice, which is why I like him so much. My favorites are... Roger Daltrey David Bowie Grace Slick Jim Morrison Mick Jagger The best vocalists would have to be... Freddie Mercury Paul McCartney Grace Slick Jim Morrison Tina Turner BQ: Edit the Sad Parts- Modest Mouse

166.5cm ÷ 2.54cm/in = 65.55" = 5' 5½" to the nearest fraction. (To sound taller, use 5' 6"). Using the 'half' depends on the purpose of the measurement...e.g. having a thorough medical examination carried out.

This Site Might Help You.
RE:
would you consider 166.5cm as 5'6"?
it's 5'5.6" not 5'6" but do most people round it up saying 5.6 not saying the half
