You're still growing, so just let nature take it's course. Eat healthy foods, get exercise and quit worrying about it.

You need to eat a lot of protein. Don't pig out on junk. That will just make you fat and your face break out!! If you can, you should go to a gym and talk to one of the personal trainers. They will usually talk to you for free, but a membership to a gym is a good idea. Gyms usually have a student discount rate. They will be able to help you with food choices and workout routines that will add muscle to your arms and belly (aka "meat").

Yeah, what does being straight have to do with anything?
Anyway, being a transformed ectomorph myself, the best advice is to eat eat eat. I take 2 weight gainer shakes a day and work out 4 days a week. I HAVE to or I lose weight like its fun.
Workout, Don't do cardio, do weight training to tear down and build muscle.

I don't understand why you have to mention you being straight but i would say eat healthy and work out as much as you can. That helps a lot but plezzzzz don't listen to anyone who suggest junk food in order to gain. When you start eating unhealthy food, don't just expect more pounds but serious health problem too:)

I think you will find that in time your weight will change, so don't rush it as you may create more problems. Be the best you can be, as trying to change yourself could be even more divesting then being small. In the mean time you can go to a gym or YMCA and join body building classes. As this can improve your weight and imagine

My son has always been very lean. The doctors told me to add extra 'healthy' fat to his diet, like: peanut butter, and fiber. Add extra calories where you can. I think health food stores have things that can help a man bulk up.
