what would my fines be if i let someone drive my car without their license, and do i get mine taken away?

Driving is still a privelege, and when we get a license, we assumed all the implied responsibilities.

In California nothing would happen to your license, but you would lose your car for 30 days, along with a fine and all the storage fees.
