Cruzer micro 1.0 GB problems?

Question

this thing pops up and i have vista but when i put it in it says "Do you want to check for an updated version of the U3 Launchpad that will run on this version of Windows?" and then the program pops up and says" A software update to your launchpad is avalible." then when i click Install Launchpad it says this:"You must have administrator rights to run this application." how do i fix that?

i am the administrator
