An island near to Saipan, around 4 hours flight from Singapore, a popular get away place of the Japanese tourist, they go there for shopping, wedding, diving ..., etc.

It is a US military base, I have been to Guam then went to Micronesia.

It's a small island in the Pacific way west of Hawaii. The military uses it for all purposes and it has a landing strip for planes. It is a U.S. Possession. I was on it for about an hour back in the 60's before going into S.E.Asia.
