These are abbreviations used for personal ads.
m4mw - man seeking man and woman
w4mm - woman seeking 2 men
t4mw - trannie seeking man and woman
mw4t - man and woman seeking trannie

m = man/male
w = woman
t = transgender
4 = looking for
That should be all you need to know. For example:
m4mw = man looking for a man/woman couple
w4mm = woman looking for a man/man couple (usually gay and not just two men, but that depends)
