I was looking right at the sticker on the bottom of my computer and I tried it several times and it never worked so what can I do?

I'm assuming you have Windows Vista. If so, my brother had the same problem with his computer. It happened after he installed a new graphics card in his computer. This tends to happen when a new hardware is installed (Vista is stupid like that). You will need to call Microsoft’s automated phone center. It gives you that option on the activation screen.

well first you have to check that your window software is legal.
if yes you can contact the microsoft site.
