I have a stuffy nose....had it since yesterday. I have taken IBprofuien and 2 allergy pills so far....nothing is working. What else can i do to help it? Soup?

cup of noodles now i dont think that would be a problem becaz it had carrots corn peas and just noodles no animal harm n there now is it

Try Vicks vaporub, you rub it on your chest and it'll help open your nasal passages. You could use that over the counter nasal spray, but its really not a good idea. I can't remember what its called.

get some nasal spray, or take a trip to the doctor to get the good decongestants and some antibiotics just to be sure, could be the beginings of a sinus infection?

Good old chicken soup ! Drink plenty of fluid and rest.

boil a pot of water and add to it eucalyptus oil
pour the boiling water to a safe bowl
put it on a table and sit with your face over it with a towel draped over your head and down onto the table so you h ave a little tent of steam
it will work
