It is really very simple, but there are a lot of elements that you can decide to use or not use. For example, you can have a special song for the seating of the mothers and have your mom and your fiances mom be seated at that time. or you can choose to not do this. This would happen after all the guests are seated and before the bridesmaids walk down the aisle.

Then your bridesmaids, your maid of honor and then finally the flower girl or flower girl and ring bearer walk downt eh aisle. Last in the procession is you! You can choose 1 song for both the bridesmaids and you or have 2 different songs.

Once at the front, you can choose how you want your ceremony to go. Typically your officiant will greet/welcome everyone, then if there is a special readin or poem he will announce that. after that usually you have the exhcange of vows, then exchange of rings.

After that if you have musicians and would like a special song, or if you are having the untiy candle, hand ceremony or sand ceremony those would all go after the exchange of rings.

Then he pronounces you man and wife and introduces you to everyone.

The length really depends on what you want to incorporate in your ceremony. There are so may thing you can do and many ways you can have friends and family participate.

You may want to find a wedding coordinator to help you with the ceremony only, if you are nervous about it.

Your officiant, justice of the peae or whoever will marry you will also be a big help!

Good luck!

I would recommend weddingchannel.com. You can sign up for free, even create your own personal website for family and friends to view. Best of all, they have a guide you can follow as well as a budget plan you can create for your special day.

Best of luck and Congratulations!!!
