I mean, is not evil needed in the world, to make the world the world. Don't we need, the despicable people, the wrong doers? Don't make the world fun?
Wouldn't it be a bore without a little Chaos?

You are talking about balance here. Good balances evil and so on. I suppose it could be argued that they need each other to survive and for life to go on in this realm. I am curious as to why you used the word Chaos? My understanding of that word doesn't necessarily make it evil. Why equate it with evil? Some think that as the universe formed it presented it self first as Chaos and grew to what it now is.

Chaos is not needed in the world it is just there! I don't think that it makes the world fun it really makes it a little pathetic. Nature gives us enough chaos we do not need the added annoyance of people creating it

Evil will no longer be "needed" after the war to come, which is the battle of Armageddon. All those who do not believe in the Son of Man, and who worship idols, and all enemies of the the True and Faithful witness will be utterly destroyed.

Perhaps that is part of why God's way past and present has churches united (scripturally) together not 'independent'(chaos).
